Through advanced processing technology that we call, “Intelligent Heat Treating©”, we can guarantee the entire heat treating process through real-time monitoring to guarantee temperatures, ramp rates, atmosphere and soak times for each step. After your specific process sequences are entered into our data loggers to meet your exact job specifications, we can ensure that your job will run exactly as required. There is no human involvement to misinterpret a particular time sequence or ramp rate, or even turn off the equipment, for example. And our digital printouts will certify that your tight, target-value parameters were met, or surpassed. And the process can be repeated the next time we run the job.
